The Villa has five bedrooms featuring luxurious king size beds. Two of the bedrooms have indoor/outdoor showers. One has a full size bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, Apple TV, Dish Satellite, Netflix, Sonos Sound System, Black Out Drapes and Nespresso Machines for that nice morning coffee in bed. Ample closet space, a personal safe for your valuables, bedside integrated USB chargers and High Speed Fiber Optic Internet throughout. Plush bath robes, towels, Dyson Supersonic hair dryer, Ironing board and exclusive L'Occitane products in all bathrooms. The house covers 9,500 square feet of which 5,700 are air conditioned.

A short stroll from the house guests can relax at the private Fundadores Beach Club. Enjoy your favorite drink at the Beach Bar, work out in the fully equipped AC Gym, experience free Yoga classes or relax with a massage. The Beach Club offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. A large pool and Jacuzzi provide opportunities to socialize with other Fundadores Home Owners and guests. The house has a special shaded kids beach outside two of the guest bedrooms. The play space incorporates a stylish water feature and fountain for younger children.

Located on the Jack Nicklaus Golf course, about 500 yards from the beach, the Villa has sweeping ocean views from all rooms. The PLC Marina provides one of the best deep sea fishing opportunities in Mexico. There is a Tennis/Pickleball club in San Jose del Cabo about 20 min from the house.
WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE
Barrier free access from driveway into the house. Living, Dining, Kitchen, Terrace and two of the bedrooms are all on the same level. Wide bathroom and shower doors. Ramp available to cover the three steps from the Terrace to the Pool and Jacuzzi. Please reach out to discuss any accessibility requirements you might have.
